You will receive a tax receipt for your donation because we are a Canadian registered charity.

If you donate $100 or more, your profile will be featured along with a growing list of generous individuals and corporations in our "Heroes" section of this website because we want the world to know how generous you are! Plus, we will link to your website to help boost its ranking in online search engines. Of course, your donation can also be made anonymously if you wish.

(While we sincerely appreciate donations of less than $100 very much, we are only able to add donor profiles to the Heroes section for gifts of $100 or more due to the amount of volunteer time required to collect, review, upload and manage Hero profiles.)

You can be assured that almost every penny of your donations goes towards animal rescue shelters because the Tigra Foundation is run exclusively by volunteers and has minimal administrative and marketing costs. We carefully vet and review the animal rescue shelters that we fund to ensure they make appropriate use of our donor funds.
